Before you think, okay really? Style in Spokane? You'll want to check out Cues on Washington, just around the corner from The Davenport Grand Hotel. Though this was my first visit, Cues has been bringing high fashion to Spokane for over 10 years. Owner Trish Thoen was in while I browsed her beautiful array of ultra-trendy but super wearable pieces. Trish stocks great basics like James Perse tees, Mother denim, and Sundry sweatshirts, but also more edgy pieces like jumpsuits and cutout tops by Frame and AG. If you're looking for that Instagram worthy accessory, or even a great gift, Cues is the place. Trish has a great eye for fine leather goods, Chan Luu wrap bracelets, fine textiles for home, and even some kitschy but oh-so-of-the-moment woven summer bags. Though I could have spent a small fortune and filled our car, I came home with a really versatile pair of blush denim AG cut off shorts, and a frayed hem Rails shirt that will pair well with the cut offs this summer, but will transition to fall when layered over a fitted midi dress or layered over a thermal tee with jeans and boots. Take a cue from me and shop Trish Thoen's collection at Cues.
