Last weekend, we spent a couple days wandering about in beautiful Vancouver, BC. It was one of those gorgeous, sunny, and clear Pacific Northwest weekends... but it was COLD! The high of 43 degree day called for layers. With warmth being the main goal for this outfit, I opted for a warm stadium cocoon coat from J.Crew in a pretty camel color and then built the outfit around the coat, keeping it neutral. Because sometimes you can be warm AND stylish.

One of our stops along Robson street was Tory Burch. And despite my love of TB, this was the first time I have visited the Vancouver store. Built on several levels (like a smaller version of the Madison Avenue location), this TB was an intimate respite from the busy street outside. I eyed a beautiful tote bag and some fancy jeweled flats, but came away with a bright pair of red patent sandals for an upcoming sunny getaway!
