Obviously the easiest way to wear it is both pieces together with a nude or black heel and some minimal jewelry. But I think you could also throw on a faux fur coat over the outfit with a velvet block heel for an extra glam look. To repurpose the pieces, I would also wear the pants with a white graphic tee and sneakers. For the sequin top, I would pop a navy or dark green blazer over my shoulders and wear a pair of dark skinny jeans with pointy toe stilettos.
