Couture: A Fresh Take on Evereve

If you haven't yet discovered the curated collections of the women's style house, Evereve, now is the time. This month, Evereve celebrated their grand reopening in their original corner location on the first floor of Redmond Town Center. Though they boasted that it was just a "face lift", really, the store has a whole new feel. Double the size of the original footprint, the store has an airier feel thanks to the extra square footage and the exposed pipes and ultra high ceilings. Ensconced in white, but with pops of bright colors, this space feels fresh and updated - Kate Spade meets Anthropologie - but with a cleaner aesthetic. No detail was spared. From the colorful watercolor ikat wallpaper with the "yes, no, maybe" hooks in the dressing rooms to the artwork collage and bookshelf that modernize the front counter, every touch helps bring the space together. I love the exposed brick wall, the rug resembling worn denim anchoring the front entrance display, and the postmodern feel to the gold-legged white lacquer furniture. And that's just the space! And then there's the clothes...

In this tricky post-holiday season where everyone is stuck in a Pacific Northwest winter, but our hearts belong to the sun, Evereve has struck the right chord with colorful sweaters and layered pieces in coral, lime, and electric blue. Whether you're looking for something to cozy up in for lounging over the weekend or hoping to make a statement at work, you'll find what you're looking for at Evereve, especially thanks to the oh-so-friendly staff. Shout out to my girl Sydney and her amazing team!
