My favorite summer treat is a glass of dry rosé in a chilled glass, and preferably on a patio. Recently, I discovered this lovely Amity Vineyard white pinot noir-- that’s right. A white pinot noir. Turns out, the wine is more like a blush, a dry, not at all sweet, almost rosé that I could drink all day. It’s tricky to find, but some local markets have been stocking it and you can find it online through Amity Vineyard's wine finder. It’s worth paying shipping fees--it’s that good!
