Have I mentioned how much I love my Ninja air fryer? If not, you simply need to check out any of the last 5-10 recipe posts.
These are three easy recipes that take less than 10 minutes of prep, fewer than 6 ingredients each, and about 20 minutes to cook since you have to air fry in batches. I could eat every one of these recipes multiple times each week. Enjoy!
Crispy Red Potatoes
Ingredients
4 medium to large red potatoes, scrubbed, skin on, diced into 1" pieces
1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary infused olive oil (like this one)
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Method
Preheat the air fryer to 400. Toss all the ingredients together to evenly coat the potatoes. Cook at 400 for 10 minutes, pausing twice in the cooking cycle to remove the drawer and shake (about every 3 minutes). Turn the potatoes out into a dish and add additional salt if needed. Pro tip: Serve with Trader Joe's black truffle ketchup!
Lemon Fried Tofu
Ingredients
1 block Trader Joe's extra firm tofu, drained, pressed, and cut into 1" cubes
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon infused olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
Method
Preheat the air fryer to 375. Toss all the ingredients together to evenly coat the tofu. Roast the tofu for 13-15 minutes, pausing the cooking cycle and removing to shake every 3-5 minutes.
Simply Fried Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Method
Preheat the air fryer to 375. Toss all the ingredients together to evenly coat the cauliflower. Roast for 10-13 minutes, pausing the cooking cycle and removing the drawer to shake every 3 or so minutes.
