Carrots: Jujubeet Meal Delivery

Jujubeet is my favorite wellness cafe on the Eastside. Decorated with succulents, modern white furniture, and bistro tables, Jujubeet is a great spot to meet a friend for a light meal or snack. Their bench seating inside offers a cozy spot to lounge on a rainy summer day. Everything on their menu is gluten-free and nearly vegan (I say nearly only because they use honey in some items). My favorite juice is the Inflammation Smoothie complete with all the greens and a kick of cayenne. I like to get an extra one to-go and blend it up with some frozen pineapple at home the next day.

The best new offering at Jujubeet is their meal delivery service. Each week, two plant-based meals are created by their registered dietician, one for breakfast and one for lunch or dinner. A favorite dinner option of mine is the quinoa bowl with kale and a lemon tahini dressing. Hearty and flavorful, it might be one of my all-time favorite salads. This week's breakfast meal was a seeded loaf with a gritty and decadent espresso almond butter, along with a matcha almond milk latte on the side. Can you say yum? And to make ordering a cinch, they deliver right to your door!

Their trail mix cookies are not only to-die-for good, but they are gigantic to boot!

This week's haul.
